Simone & Ivy believe every beautiful space starts with a conversation. That’s why we offer a complimentary 30 minute in-store styling consultation with a stylist on our team to help you turn your vision into reality.
Simone & Ivy focuses on styling - furniture selection and layout, decor and accessory selection, rug and art curation, and the thoughtful placement of every piece. We do not provide selections for hard finishes such as paint, flooring, cabinetry, or countertops. We are not interior designers - but if that is what you are looking for, we would be happy to connect you with a trusted partner.

We offer shipping across Canada on most standard-size items, including home décor, gifts, lifestyle products, and more. Rugs are also available for shipping across Canada, with FREE shipping on all Loloi rugs.
For oversized items such as furniture, lighting, mirrors, and artwork, shipping availability varies by item and destination. Many of our vendors now offer direct shipping, and we're often able to arrange delivery beyond our local area.

Our retail store and warehouse are located in Alberta, Canada. Applicable taxes will be charged based on the province the order is being shipped to.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. For items that are made to order or ordered from our vendors, the average lead time is approximately 6–10 weeks. Lead times vary by product and vendor.
