Hazelnuts In Milk Chocolate

Amazing and addictive!

Sadly, I find myself reporting that the bag of these chocolate treats which were purchased on March 17th were stale. 😔.
I served them to our St. Patrick’s Day guests that evening and after one morsel, it was evident that they were not edible.. Embarrassed, I removed the bowl.
I had also purchased the chocolate almonds as it was a buy-one-get-one-free, deal. I have yet to open the almond bag though; I’m just afraid to, I think, for fear it is also past it’s prime.
I decided not to say anything, as I value your lovely shop, frequent it quite often, and did not want to come across as a complaining/negative customer; therefore decided to just let it be. But as you have reached out with this follow up email, I thought best to be honest about this unfortunate experience.
I love Jacek chocolates, refer them to all my friends and family (including buying them from your location), and will continue to do so. I realize that nuts do have a short shelf life; unfortunately there is no ‘best before’ date on either of the bags I purchased, which is also a bit concerning. .
