Before We Arrive
To help our team make the most of your decorating time, your tree must be fully assembled, fluffed, lit, tested, and placed in its final location before we arrive. Please also ensure the area surrounding the tree is clear and easily accessible.
Our Holiday Decorating service is designed specifically for your Simone & Ivy Tree Holiday Bundle. To keep the finished look cohesive and ensure our team can complete your tree within the allotted time, we are unable to incorporate existing, personal, or sentimental holiday décor into the installation.

We offer shipping across Canada on most standard-size items, including home décor, gifts, lifestyle products, and more. Rugs are also available for shipping across Canada, with FREE shipping on all Loloi rugs.
For oversized items such as furniture, lighting, mirrors, and artwork, shipping availability varies by item and destination. Many of our vendors now offer direct shipping, and we're often able to arrange delivery beyond our local area.

Our retail store and warehouse are located in Alberta, Canada. Applicable taxes will be charged based on the province the order is being shipped to.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. For items that are made to order or ordered from our vendors, the average lead time is approximately 6–10 weeks. Lead times vary by product and vendor.
