Built by Parkwood, this 2,295 sq. ft. front-drive single family home is thoughtfully designed for growing families, blending functionality with elevated style. With Parkwood’s timeless urban farmhouse vision as the foundation—featuring white oak flooring, fluted wall details, and creamy, light finishes—our team layered in intentional furniture and décor to amplify warmth, softness, and flow throughout the home. The result is a curated living experience that enhances Parkwood’s architectural intent with furnishings that feel both refined and relaxed.

The open-concept main floor is anchored by carefully selected furniture that mirrors the home’s natural palette.
In the dining area, a bold wood table is paired with cream-toned chairs that echo the texture of the fluted feature wall behind. In the living room, neutral couches are grounded bya textured rug and earthy-toned pillows, all arranged around a wood coffee table that ties the space together with quiet sophistication.
