As part of our Elevations Tier in the Premier Builder Collaboration Program, Simone & Ivy was brought on to elevate this Parkwood Homes showhome into a fully realized, move-in-ready experience. From the very beginning, our team worked closely with the builder to complement the home’s finishes with furnishings and décor that would bring warmth, softness, and character to every room. Our goal was to create a feeling of warm minimalism. We layered creamy neutrals, soft woods, sculptural lighting, and a touch of muted earth tones to reflect the overall architectural intent of the home. Our team transformed the showhome into a space that not only showcases Parkwood’s craftsmanship but also invites homeowners to imagine a life well-styled.

Key furniture pieces — like the boucle accent chairs with curved wood arms and the low-profile sectional — were chosen for their softness, comfort, and shape. Each room flows into the next with cohesion, thanks to a carefully curated blend of rounded forms, neutral palettes, and tactile textiles.
