SHIPPING

Simone & Ivy is proud to offer shipping on all decor/lifestyle items across Canada. *Excludes some fragile items. Due to the uncertainty with import duties and tariffs we are no longer able to ship to the USA. 

Oversize items such as furniture, lighting, rugs, mirrors and wall art are available for in-store or warehouse pick up & local delivery, but if you are not local, please do not hesitate to reach out to hello@simoneandivy.ca to see if shipping is an option. We try our best to make it work whenever possible! Our retail store and warehouse are located in Alberta, Canada. Taxes applicable to the province the items are being shipped to will be charged.

Standard Online Shipping 

• We ship all decor/lifestyle items across Canada. We ship orders within 1-3 business days of the order being placed via a variety of carriers and will send you your tracking number once your order is on its way.

• Simone & Ivy is not responsible for package delivery once tracking indicates "delivered".

• We do not build shipping costs into our retail prices. We absorb as much of the shipping costs as we can to offer these rates:

  • Canada-wide: $20

  • Canada-wide: $40 for the shipping of Smeg products & rugs

• Refused Shipments - We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email us at hello@simoneandivy.ca so that we can take care of you.

• Shipping Claim - Missing packages need to be reported to Simone & Ivy within 30 days. Beyond that, you will need to contact the shipping provider to open a case on your missing package.

• Redirecting an Order - Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can't redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

• Shipping Restrictions - If you would prefer that your order is shipped via a certain carrier (eg. you have a PO Box # and need your order shipped via Canada Post), please make sure to make a note of this when you are checking out or send us an email at hello@simoneandivy.ca to let us know.

• Shipping to Multiple Addresses - You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you'll need to place separate orders for each address.

Rug Shipping 

• All of our rugs will be shipped at the following rates:

  • Canada-wide: $40

• In most cases, your rug will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Our customer care team will reach out to you within 48 hours to give you an ETA.

• If you order other items with your rug, you will be charged both the Rug Shipping fee AND the Standard Shipping fee of $20.

OVERSIZED DELIVERY OPTIONS (Local Deliveries)

There are 2 delivery options for local customers who order oversized items such as furniture, lighting, mirrors, rugs and wall art.

• Standard Curb Delivery

Our Standard Curbside Delivery brings your order to your curb, driveway, or building lobby. Our team does not enter the home or provide assembly, so please ensure you’re comfortable moving items into place and completing any light setup if needed.

• • What’s Included:

• • • Up to 3 large items (furniture, lighting, mirrors, wall décor, art, and rugs) are included. Additional items are $10 each.

• Prices are as Follows:

• • • $100 - St. Albert, Sturgeon County & Morinville

    • $150 - Edmonton & Sherwood Park

    • $200 - Fort Saskatchewan, Legal, Ardrossan, Leduc, Beaumont, Nisku, Devon, Acheson, Spruce Grove & Stony Plain

    • Outside Our Delivery Area:
      Deliveries beyond our standard radius (50 kms from our store) are $30 per 10 km, added at checkout using the “Additional KM” option.

• White Glove Delivery

Our White Glove Delivery offers a seamless, full-service experience. Our team will bring your items into the room of your choice, carefully unpack, complete minor assembly, and remove all packaging.

• What’s Included: 

• • Up to 3 large items (furniture, lighting, mirrors, wall décor, art, and rugs) are included. Additional items are $25 each.
  • Please Note: Additional charges may apply for rural locations, apartment or condo buildings, large orders (8+ pieces), or deliveries that require extra time, coordination, or complexity.

• Prices are as Follows:

• • • $250 - St. Albert, Sturgeon County & Morinville

    • $300 - Edmonton & Sherwood Park

    • $350 - Fort Saskatchewan, Legal, Ardrossan, Leduc, Beaumont, Nisku, Devon, Acheson, Spruce Grove & Stony Plain

OVERSIZED ITEMS DELIVERY OPTIONS (Non-local Deliveries)

If you’re located outside our standard delivery area, we’re still happy to help. Please reach out to hello@simoneandivy.ca to explore oversized shipping options and receive a personalized delivery quote.

LOCAL ST. ALBERT PICK UP

We offer free local pick up from our St. Albert store for orders under 40lbs (decor, gifts, lighting, rugs and small furniture).  We will contact you when your order is ready. Online orders must be picked up within 30 days or your order will be refunded.

• Furniture Pick Up

• We offer free local pick up from our St. Albert warehouse for all oversized items. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you within 2 business days from time of purchase to book an appointment for pick up and offer further instructions. For items greater than 60lbs, you are responsible to bring additional help to load your items into your vehicle. Our Customer Care team will remind you of this when your pick up appointment is booked.

• All items picked up at the warehouse must be inspected for damage prior to leaving with the item. If you have questions regarding your local warehouse pickup please contact us at hello@simoneandivy.ca. Claims of any damage must be reported within 24 hours of pick up. 

• Storage fees may apply if a product is warehoused for an extended amount of time.

Lead Times | Large items such as furniture, lighting, rugs, mirrors and wall art come from a variety of manufacturers, each having specific lead times. Lead times can vary and are not guaranteed. Once you place an order we’ll contact you within 48hrs to give you an approximate lead time on the items you have ordered.
