What areas of my home will you decorate?

We’ll focus on the key areas that make the biggest impact — typically your living room, mantel, entryway, and dining space. Every home is a little different, so we’ll plan with you in advance to decide where your décor will shine best.

Where is this service available?

Available exclusively in the Edmonton area, this service is designed to bring holiday magic into your home without the stress, guesswork, or endless bins.

Do I need to have my Christmas tree set up before you arrive?

Yes! We ask that your Christmas tree be set up with lights on before our team arrives. We’ll take care of decorating it using the beautiful new décor we bring along.

Will you decorate with my existing holiday décor?

To keep the look cohesive and custom-styled, we’ll be using only the Simone & Ivy décor included in your package. We won’t be decorating with existing personal or sentimental pieces.

Do I need to provide hooks or supplies?

Nope — we’ve got you covered! We’ll bring everything we need, including hooks, hangers, and Command strips, to safely and beautifully style your space.

Can I keep the décor after the holidays?

Absolutely! All décor items used in your styling are yours to keep — the $3000 value of product is fully included in the service.

What if I would like to purchase more than $3000 worth of Holiday decor to complete my space?

No problem! The $3000 that you have already pay will be applied as a credit to your order.
