Don't like the smell, difficult to pump.

I know scent is a personal thing, but my wife doesn't care for the scent of this body wash at all. We have lavender in our garden, and this doesn't smell like that. I also don't know where the "olive" part comes into play because it smells like spruce or pine with orange. Dispensing it is also frustrating because one pump is not enough to wash, but after the first pump, it creates a void in the liquid that takes time to fill, so subsequent pumps just result in mostly air. So it's pump, shake the bottle, wait, pump again, shake the bottle again, wait again - it's annoying. On the plus side it lathers and cleans reasonably well, but that's pretty much it for plusses. So, really, 2½ stars.
